Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in the company’s sales funnel by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects for our Enterprise and Mid-Market Account Executives. Put simply, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline for our Sales Team. 

We are seeking a high-character and high energy individual with exceptional pipeline generation skills who wants to be part of a winning sales team. 


Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and research ideal prospects using tools such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, Lusha and industry databases
  2. Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound methods
  3. Qualify leads and schedule New Business Meetings for Account Executives
  4. Maintain a high level of activity and meet/ exceed weekly KPIs (e.g., calls, emails, meetings booked)
  5. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers in our CRM 
  6. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on campaign goals and messaging
  7. Attending events to engage and capture new leads and convert them into new business meetings
  8. Capture and relay customer feedback and insights to support continuous product and sales improvements
  9. Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
  • Comfortable making a high volume of daily cold calls and speaking to senior decision-makers
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly grasp complex software solutions
