Business Development Representative

At Innovador Solutions - Software House, we drive innovation through software solutions. We’re seeking a proactive, client-facing Business Development Representative to expand our business and connect clients with tailored technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Evaluate marketing leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Sales Outreach: Engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Client Engagement: Present our solutions, understand client needs, and customize product offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, account executives, and technical teams.
  • Travel: Attend client meetings, presentations, and proposal sessions as needed.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Development
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; proven client-facing experience.
  • Bilingual Preferred
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with travel.

  • Competitive salary: Rs50,000 – Rs100,000 per month plus commission.
