US Truck Dispatch Sales Team

Lahore, Pakistan

As a Truck Dispatch Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business by identifying, contacting, and nurturing leads for truck dispatch services. You will be tasked with building relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring that we are meeting the unique needs of each client. You will play an essential role in expanding our client base, contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (fleets, trucking companies, etc.) to introduce dispatch services and build interest.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demonstrations to showcase our dispatch solutions.
  • Use CRM software to track leads, calls, and opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to optimize sales approach.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with new clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  • Conduct online or in-person presentations and demos to potential clients, emphasising the benefits of our dispatch services.
  • Negotiations & Closures:
  • Work with clients to close deals, offering competitive pricing and customized solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with potential clients.
  • Post-Sales Support:
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations, facilitating onboarding for new clients and troubleshooting issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 months of sales experience, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or truck dispatch industry. Freshers can also apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and deliver customised solutions.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive for results and new business acquisition.
  • Education:
  • Inter/Bachelor’s degree , Sales, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
