- You should be able to proactively research and create leads database, cold calls, and support in client follow-up calls and meetings.
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Explaining the benefits and functions of services, able to demonstrate and explain the services in a brief manner.
- Responsible for tackling rebuttals from prospects according to the situation.
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the international arena, where your skills have been finely tuned in a professional setting.
- Well experienced in cold calling and US B2B sales, with a subtle nod to experiences in Canada, Europe, and Australia.
- Showcase a minimum of 1 year of experience in the delicate art of selling services (more specifically Recruitment Services).
- A very well negotiator.
