Business Development Representative

Karachi, Pakistan

  • You should be able to proactively research and create leads database, cold calls, and support in client follow-up calls and meetings.
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Explaining the benefits and functions of services, able to demonstrate and explain the services in a brief manner.
  • Responsible for tackling rebuttals from prospects according to the situation.
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the international arena, where your skills have been finely tuned in a professional setting.
  • Well experienced in cold calling and US B2B sales, with a subtle nod to experiences in Canada, Europe, and Australia.
  • Showcase a minimum of 1 year of experience in the delicate art of selling services (more specifically Recruitment Services).
  • A very well negotiator.

Job Types: Full-time, Onsite (Monday - Friday)
