Senior Sales & Business Development Representative - Pakistan Market

Our goal is to help businesses in Pakistan and abroad grow with the right technology and digital strategies.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Representative who can actively build long term business relationships within Pakistan and bring in new clients. The ideal candidate should understand the Pakistani business ecosystem, be confident in networking, and have basic knowledge of IT, programming, SEO and social media to effectively communicate our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow a strong client network within Pakistan, focusing on SMEs, startups, agencies, and enterprises.
  • Identify and approach potential clients through business events, LinkedIn, industry forums, and personal networks.
  • Develop long-term relationships by understanding client challenges and offering tailored IT solutions.
  • Pitch and present our services (web, mobile, SEO, social media, e-commerce, etc.) to prospective clients in a simple, business-friendly way.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to draft proposals and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress.
  • Stay updated with Pakistan’s IT, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, client acquisition or B2B sales in Pakistan.
  • Strong understanding of the local business ecosystem and buyer behaviors.
  • Familiarity with IT services such as websites, apps, SEO and social media marketing.
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Target-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing or related field (preferred).
