This is not a high-volume sales role. It's a strategic one.

You'll be part of a boutique team, identifying the right partners, not just chasing numbers.

You'll help us position recruitment as a business-critical solution - not a support function.

What you'll do

• Research and engage with potential clients in UAE and KSA
• Understand their hiring challenges and position our solutions
• Build and manage your outreach pipeline
• Collaborate directly with our founder and lead consultants
• Contribute to how we grow in the region, not just what we sell
