Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the BPO industry.


Key Responsibilities:

•Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking and outreach.

•Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

•Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.

•Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

•Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

•Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.

•Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline and performance metrics.


Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field.

•Proven experience in business development, sales or a related role, preferably in the BPO industry.

•Strong understanding of BPO services and solutions.

•Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

•Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
