Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the Business Development Manager in lead generation, client communication, proposal drafting, documentation, and market research. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a solid understanding of IT services or digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor research.
  • Manage leads, nurture prospects, and keep the sales pipeline updated.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or calls.
  • Draft proposals, capability decks, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Coordinate internal meetings with technical, design, and project teams.
  • Prepare meeting minutes (MoMs) and maintain documentation.
  • Schedule demos, presentations, and discovery calls.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot / Zoho / Pipedrive).
  • Support in preparing RFP/RFQ responses and bid submissions.
  • Stay updated on software development, cloud, SaaS, and IT industry trends.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, CS, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in business development, sales, or client coordination.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and multitasking ability.
  • Understanding of IT products/services (training will be provided).
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in proposal writing or sales documentation.
  • Ability to gather client requirements and translate them for technical teams.
  • Strong presentation-making skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
  • Strong analytical and research skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
