Business Development Representative

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Developer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in IT services-based business development.

In this position, you will be responsible for lead generation, managing client relationships, and driving revenue by closing deals in IT services and consulting. You will be assigned clear sales target , and contract extensions will be dependent on meeting these performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within IT services and consulting.
• Conduct client meetings remotely and onsite when required to present solutions and secure deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery.
• Track sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Consistently meet assigned sales targets; performance will directly influence contract renewal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Development .
• Prior experience in IT services or IT Consulting companies is essential.
• Excellent communication , negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and proactively managing workload.
• Self-motivated , target-driven and able to work independently.

What We Offer

• Salary range: 100k-120k per month
• Commission: Uncapped 10% on all closed deals
• Performance-based contract renewal
• Office hours will be flexible based on job requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
