Business Development Representative

Alpha Laser is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, thick-skinned, people-person to help us expand across the Tri-State area.

This is a full-time inside/outside Business Development role focused on generating new opportunities for our sales team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Your main job is simple (but not easy):
  • Start conversations
  • Open doors
  • Set qualified appointments

You’ll be:

  • Prospecting businesses by phone and in person
  • Reaching out to new companies across the Tri-State area
  • Introducing our copier, managed print, and office technology solutions
  • Setting appointments for our senior reps to close deals
  • Logging activity and follow-ups in our system

Work Style:

  • Mostly office-based
  • Some outside visits and local business drop-ins
  • Full-time position

Pay Structure:

  • Base pay
  • Bonuses
  • Commission opportunities
