We are scaling fast and we want ambitious, hungry, high-energy SDRs in Egypt to help us explode our B2B sales pipeline.

Role Overview

We are hiring talented Sales Development Representatives to book meetings, drive outbound activity, and help close deals with businesses worldwide.

You will be given:

Drive qualified meetings every single day. Push conversations forward. Help close deals.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales

  • Contact prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone and WhatsApp
  • Run high-volume outreach using automation workflows
  • Follow up persistently and professionally

Pipeline Building

  • Generate interest for AI products (e.g., PippaChat AI therapist, custom AI development, CF AI solutions)
  • Qualify leads and convert them into booked meetings
  • Maintain clean CRM records

Meetings & Demo Generation

  • Schedule sales calls for senior leadership
  • Prepare prospects with pre-call materials
  • Confirm attendance and reduce no-shows

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the UK leadership team
  • Join daily/weekly check-ins
  • Help improve scripts, outreach messaging and conversion tactics

Additional Tasks

As a fast-growing AI company, we need SDRs who are flexible and can support:

  • Lead research
  • Market analysis
  • Outreach experiments
  • New product launches
  • Administrative follow-ups
  • Anything needed to close deals

Requirements

We are looking for A-players:

Must-Have

  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • High energy and high work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach (100+ touches/day)
  • Fast learner, especially with AI tools

Nice-To-Have

  • Experience in B2B sales or appointment setting
  • Experience with AI tools, CRMs, LinkedIn outreach
  • Experience selling in UK/US/Europe
  • Previous SDR experience

Compensation

  • Competitive Egyptian base salary
  • Very high commission
