We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to grow our Cleaning Services and FMCG business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for cleaning services and FMCG products
- Conduct market research and client visits
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records
- Follow up on leads and close deals effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales (cleaning services or FMCG preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid driving license is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of local market is a plus
