As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Turkey team and help us grow our presence in the region. If you’re passionate about sales, excited by innovation, and eager to work with global brands, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Level: Middle / Senior

Position type: Hybrid (3-4 days/week in our Istanbul office)

Location: İTÜ Teknokent. Maslak, Istanbul.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and build strong relationships with clients in the FMCG and retail sectors
• Develop tailored proposals and lead negotiations to close deals
• Work closely with our campaign, tech, and data analytics teams to deliver seamless solutions for our new clients
• Stay ahead of industry trends and spot opportunities for strategic partnerships
• Representing the company at industry events and client meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role
• Background working with marketing agencies or retail brands is a strong plus
• A proactive contributor who excels in dynamic, hybrid work settings
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Turkish and English
• A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally in a global setup
