Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and building strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Arranging B2B meetings with prospective clients and maintaining strong engagement.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and generate new business.
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and represent the company.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to identify potential opportunities.
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities while coordinating lead generation activities.
  • Developing customized and targeted sales strategies.
  • Understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and handling follow-up queries.
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Preparing and delivering impactful client presentations.
  • Maintaining accurate databases of prospective and existing clients (Salesforce & DMS).

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Master’s in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of business functions and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a proactive, resourceful, and results-driven approach.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong research skills.
  • Computer literacy and experience with CRM/database tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Contract length: 24 months)

  • Business Development: 2 years (Preferred)
