Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Specialist (BDS)
to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, negotiation, and market analysis within the healthcare, tech, or SaaS industries.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage potential clients, distributors, and manufacturers to expand Aumets network.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and customers.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance Aumets market presence.

Product Knowledge: Understand Aumets solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve sales KPIs and provide reports on business development progress.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.

Experience in the healthcare, SaaS, or tech industry is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
