Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and professional Sales Executive to drive sales of our workspace solutions, including serviced offices, co-working desks, and virtual offices. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can build strong client relationships, manage leads effectively, and close deals with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell all workspace offerings – private offices, co-working desks, meeting rooms, and virtual office services.
  • Handle renewals and upselling to existing clients to maximize retention and revenue.
  • Understand and communicate Venture Zone’s offerings, pricing, and unique value propositions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by aligning solutions with their business needs.
  • Conduct professional site tours and walkthroughs of the facility to highlight features and benefits.
  • Prepare customized proposals and sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain and update client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Stay up to date on competitor offerings, industry trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Support business documentation tasks including MIS reports, Excel-based trackers, proposals, policies, and research paperwork.
  • Represent the company in a polished and professional manner, both in-person and digitally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, coworking, or service industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, proposal writing, and general documentation.
  • Excellent presentation skills and client engagement abilities.
