Job Overview

The Business Development Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Department Manager, Project Manager, and senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. The role involves active participation in meetings, regular travel between company locations, and facilitating smooth day-to-day business operations.

The primary objective is to enhance departmental efficiency and profitability while driving sustainable revenue growth through increased sales performance and the development of strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and meeting coordination.

· Plan and execute corporate events such as trade shows, conferences, and industry conventions.

· Coordinate marketing initiatives through the development of promotional materials, including brochures, catalogues, and presentations.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

· Conduct market research to identify emerging markets, customer needs, and competitive trends.

· Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients to present company services and solutions.

· Analyse performance data and prepare accurate, insight-driven reports.

· Produce weekly and monthly reports with clear performance narratives and actionable recommendations.

· Maintain and update records of sales, revenue, and invoicing in a structured and timely manner.

· Provide reliable pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

· Support the development and coaching of junior team members to strengthen overall sales capability.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience in Sales and/or Business Development

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic will be added advantage).

· Valid driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
