Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate has strong selling and negotiation skills, is confident engaging with decision-makers, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Experience selling recruitment services, HR systems, or software solutions is highly preferred. However, we are open to candidates from niche B2B industries who demonstrate strong commercial instincts and proven sales performance.
This role combines new business development and account management. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, entering new markets, and acting as a trusted partner for your clients by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring long-term relationship success. Travel abroad may be required when needed.
Responsibilities:New Business Development:- Identify, target, and acquire new clients across various industries
- Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
- Open new accounts and generate qualified leads
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Enter and develop new markets, including international markets
Sales & Negotiation:- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Prepare customized proposals and commercial offers
- Lead negotiations and close deals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
Account Management:- Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal recruitment teams
- Maintain strong long-term partnerships
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Market Expansion:- Research and explore opportunities in new countries and industries
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and potential international engagements
- Be open to travel abroad when required
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience selling recruitment services, HR systems, or software solutions is a strong advantage
- Open to candidates from niche B2B industries with strong sales performance
- Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting experience
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Highly presentable and confident in client-facing situations
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
- Willingness to travel internationally when needed

Work Setup:- Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed
- Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)
- Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
