We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the aesthetic or medical clinic industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven ability to generate business opportunities, and a good understanding of the UAE healthcare/aesthetic market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate tie ups to increase clinic revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and referring doctors.
- Promote clinic services, packages, and treatment plans to potential clients and corporate partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new growth areas.
- Plan and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and clinic teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Attend events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate leads.
- Prepare reports on business development performance and opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in an aesthetic or medical clinic.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and clinic operations is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the UAE healthcare or aesthetic industry.
- Existing network within corporate or wellness sectors.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
