Key Responsibilities

Developer Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships



  • Identify, approach, and onboard top developers and high-potential projects across Dubai

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leading developers (Emaar, Damac, Binghatti, etc.)

  • Position Throne Properties as a preferred sales partner through effective presentations and negotiations

  • Secure exclusive deals, priority inventory access, special offers, and developer marketing budgets

  • Drive long-term partnerships that give Throne Properties a competitive edge in the market


Broker & International Partnership Growth



  • Build and expand relationships with local and international brokerage firms

  • Establish cross-border partnerships to generate high-quality investor leads

  • Collaborate with global brokerage networks to promote Dubai real estate internationally

  • Unlock new revenue channels through strategic alliances and partnerships


Market Intelligence & Strategic Insight



  • Stay ahead of Dubai's real estate trends, pricing strategies, and developer movements

  • Track competitor activities and identify gaps in the market

  • Provide actionable insights to management for smarter business decisions

  • Support campaign launches, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies


Events, Roadshows & Global Exposure



  • Plan and execute international roadshows, property exhibitions, and local events with developers

  • Represent Throne Properties at high-profile investor events and global real estate platforms

  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with developers to maximize exposure and lead generation


Internal Collaboration & Execution Excellence



  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Align on inventory, pricing strategies, and target audience segmentation

  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials

  • Maintain structured follow-ups and ensure all activities are tracked in CRM systems


Performance Tracking & Reporting



  • Monitor KPIs related to developer acquisition, partnerships, and lead generation

  • Prepare detailed reports and insights for management review

  • Continuously optimize strategies to drive higher performance and growth



What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development within Dubai's real estate market

  • Strong network or experience working with developers and brokerage firms

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset

  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured reporting

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
