Business Development Specialist

About the Role
Terra Labor is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to manage client relationships and drive new business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients while closing deals and expanding accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage qualified leads through the full sales cycle
  • Build strong, long-term client partnerships
  • Present solutions, pricing, and proposals to clients
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
  • Support onboarding and ongoing client success
  • Track activity and performance in CRM tools
  • Travel to client meetings and business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in B2B service sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
