Business Development Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Research competitors, market trends, and industry developments to identify areas for growth.
  • Sales & Strategy: Create and present compelling business proposals and sales presentations, driving the sales process from initiation to closing.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: Generally 3–5 years in sales or business development, though some roles require 0–2 years.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Indeed +4

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
