Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team at Archnetix.

Our office is in Bahria Phase 4, serves as the hub of innovation and expertise, where our team of highly skilled professionals crafts cutting-edge solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the AEC industry
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and clients
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain CRM records
• Support company marketing and branding activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related Filed.
• Architectural/BIM industry background is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 3-4 years of experience with BIM Industry
• Experience in business development, sales, or lead generation with proven record in BIM industry
• Familiarity with BIM, Revit, construction workflows, and AEC industry terminology mandatory
• Self-motivated with good negotiation and client-handling skills.

Compensation:
