Scale Force BPO is looking for a high-octane Appointment Setter who doesn't just "make calls" but masters conversations. We help US-based Realtors scale using a trifecta of Pre-qualified Leads, AI-driven Follow-up Systems, and Authority-building Content (Meta/Google Ads).
If you are a cold-calling machine who understands the nuances of the US Real Estate market and knows how to navigate the GoHighLevel ecosystem, we want you on the front lines.
The Mission
You will be the tip of the spear, hunting for high-volume Realtors and Brokerages. Your goal is to move prospects from "Who are you?" to "I need this" in under 5 minutes.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Prospecting: Execute 200–250 touchpoints daily (Outbound calls, SMS, and Email) via GoHighLevel.
- Strategic Discovery: Move beyond scripts. Use advanced discovery to "Qualify and Quantify" prospects—identifying their current lead flow gaps and revenue goals.
- The Art of the Set: Masterfully balance open-ended questions to build rapport and closed-ended questions to drive commitment.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a "zero-leak" pipeline. You are responsible for dispositions, detailed notes, and managing the Closer’s calendar to ensure 100% show rates.
- Niche Expertise: Act as a consultant. You must speak the language of US Brokerages, understanding their pain points with lead conversion and brand authority
Technical Requirements
- CRM Mastery: Advanced proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL). You should know how to navigate pipelines, trigger manual actions, and manage calendars flawlessly.
- Digital Marketing IQ: You must understand the mechanics of ClickFunnels, Meta Ads, and why Video Content is the #1 driver for realtor influence in 2026.
- Communication Stack: Fluency in Slack for internal comms and a deep understanding of "Multi-Channel" follow-up (Voicemail drops, SMS sequences, and Email).
Work Logistics
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday).
- Market Focus: United States (Real Estate).
- Communication: Slack (Internal) & GoHighLevel (External).
