Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Specialist with extensive experience in the construction and civil engineering sectors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within EPC companies, and will be responsible for generating business proposals, closing deals, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the construction and civil engineering sectors, particularly within EPC companies such as NEOM, Saudi Aramco, and SABIC.
- Business Proposals: Develop and present compelling business proposals and solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in the construction and civil engineering sectors, with a focus on EPC companies.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the modular construction and civil engineering industry, including key players, market trends, and project requirements.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of successfully generating leads, creating business proposals, and closing high-value deals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Onsite Presence: This role requires an onsite presence in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
- Travel: travel to client sites and industry events may be required.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
