Job Summary:

The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling automotive spare parts to retail and corporate customers. With 5 years of relevant experience, the Sales Officer should have strong knowledge of car spare parts, customer handling, and market trends. The role requires achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers (retailers, workshops, fleet companies).
• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and process sales orders for automotive spare parts.
• Promote spare parts and accessories to meet monthly/annual sales targets.
• Ensure product availability and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely deliveries.
• Provide technical information and product compatibility details to customers.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms within company policies.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand competitors, pricing, and customer demand.
• Support after-sales service by resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer database in the system (ERP/CRM).
• Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast demand and ensure adequate stock levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive spare parts sales (retail/wholesale/distribution).
• Strong knowledge of car spare parts (OEM & aftermarket).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Valid driving license (preferred, for market visits).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
