As part of our expansion, we are launching a new vertical focused on high-quality T-shirts, towels, and gifting textiles tailored for the UAE and wider Middle East market.

Role Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to establish and grow our Clothing & Textile vertical in the UAE. The candidate will play a pivotal role in setting up retail and wholesale channels, building client relationships, and driving revenue across traditional trade, gifting, supermarket, and export networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the textile division (T-shirts, towels, and more)
• Identify and onboard retail outlets, supermarkets, wholesalers, corporate gift buyers, and exporters
• Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients and institutional buyers across the UAE
• Execute pricing, negotiation, and supply chain coordination to ensure seamless delivery
• Work with internal sourcing and branding teams to align product offerings with market needs
• Regularly visit clients and prospects to nurture relationships and close deals
• Generate monthly sales reports and contribute to strategic planning for the division

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the clothing, textile, or apparel industry in the UAE or GCC
• Strong network of retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, gifting companies, and export agents
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of textile market trends and pricing dynamics in the UAE
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
