Business Development Specialist ( Female )

Are you passionate about architectural lighting and skilled in building strong relationships across the construction ecosystem? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our team and help expand our brand presence in the UAE market.

Your Mission: Engage with consultants, clients, and contractors to position our brand as a trusted lighting supplier. You’ll lead technical meetings, present tailored 3D lighting designs, and collaborate with our in-house engineering team to meet project-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with engineering consultants, developers, and main contractors in Abu Dhabi & Dubai
• Present customized 3D lighting concepts for active projects
• Coordinate with our technical team to fulfill design office requirements
• Drive supplier registration and brand inclusion in approved vendor lists
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and technical teams

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience in architectural lighting or business development in the construction sector
• Proficiency in Dialux, Relux, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Familiarity with UAE construction workflows and consultant dynamics.
• Energetic, persuasive, and technically confident personality.
