As a Part-Time Business Development Specialist at Advocate Marketers, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client acquisition efforts within the fast-paced world of marketing. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Build and manage a pipeline of prospective enterprise clients using our CRM system, focusing on companies that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Market Insight: Conduct research to identify key stakeholders and track emerging marketing trends that impact target accounts.
- Tailored Outreach: Craft and execute personalized outreach campaigns, effectively communicating how Advocate Marketers’ offerings align with client challenges.
- Qualify Leads: Assess marketing needs of prospects and qualify leads for seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and develop strong, client-relevant pitches.
- Feedback and Improvement: Share feedback with the marketing team on prospect responses and campaign performance to optimize lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence marketing decision-makers.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to shared goals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach or lead generation targets.
