Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist with strong skills in lead generation, relationship building, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
The successful candidate will join a fast-growing Arab technology company, playing a key role in building and expanding the company’s initial client base.
Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through continuous market research and analysis.

Execute lead generation strategies using digital tools, direct outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and participation in exhibitions.

Engage with potential clients, introduce the company and its services, and coordinate or conduct introductory meetings.

Lead the full sales cycle — from presentation and negotiation to contract preparation and closing deals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Utilize CRM tools to document and analyze client data and business opportunities.

Prepare regular performance reports, deal progress updates, and revenue forecasts.

Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth post-sale implementation.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the technology, cloud services, or software sectors.

Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic (required) and English (preferred).

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment with flexibility and independence.

Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.

Good understanding of SaaS solutions or business intelligence technologies is a plus.
