Business Development Sr. Manager - Blu EV

Job Title: Business Development Sr. Manager

Function: Commercial

Reports to: CCO

Role Purpose: The Business Development Senior Manager is responsible for monitoring overall business performance, develop reports and dashboards for commercial performance and new market expansion initiatives. The role focuses on building high-impact partnerships, unlocking new revenue streams, securing large accounts, and improving commercial performance across B2B, B2G, and enterprise segments. This position plays a key role in scaling BluEV's fleet electrification strategy.

  • Partner Acquisition Specialist
  • Accounts Specialist

Description of the accountability:

  • Identify new revenue streams.
  • Identify and secure high-value partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional execution of partnerships.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for expansion projects.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and pricing models.
  • Analyze conversion funnels for enterprise deals.
  • Identify bottlenecks in closing and onboarding.
  • Improve proposal structures and pricing strategies.
  • Develop standardized BD playbooks and pitch decks.
  • Develop reporting system, Dashboards and partners performance management technics.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 8 – 10 years out of which 2 years in a management or leadership position
