Business Development Supervisor

📣 We are looking for a Business Development Supervisor to join our Operations team to continuously improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and implement new opportunities that support our business goals!

In this role, you will lead improvement projects by deeply analyzing operational flow with both technical and commercial perspectives.

💼 What you’ll do?

• Identify development areas in operational processes and create and manage business development projects
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of processes and develop technical and operational solutions
• Track KPIs and perform data analysis to provide performance improvement recommendations
• Collaborate closely with operations, technology, logistics, and customer experience teams
• Represent the business unit in new system/application integrations or automation projects
• Prepare analysis, feasibility studies, and technical documentation related to business processes
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in project and process development activities

✅ Who you are?

• Graduated from relevant engineering departments of universities
• 4+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or project management
• Preferably experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors
• Advanced analytical skills, process design, and project management competence
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
• Good command of English
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and open to learning mindset
