Business Development Trainee

About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for new business development by following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Manage the sales process to successfully close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Prepare bids, proposals, brochures, and various other business informational documents.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to develop sales strategies and business roadmaps.
  • Contact prospective clients through various channels such as social media, calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Deliver presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Lead client communication for bringing in new projects through bidding and proposal-making.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA (Any Specialization) / B.Tech (CS & IT) preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership qualities and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
