Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research
• Identify potential clients in the IT services and staffing industry
• Assist in client communication and follow-ups
• Support proposal writing and sales presentations
• Maintain lead data and sales activity in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Coordinate with recruitment and technical teams
• Learn and support the complete B2B sales cycle
• Track daily sales activities and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research
• Basic understanding of IT services, staffing, cybersecurity, or networking is a plus
• Self-motivated with a learning mindset
• Comfortable working evening/night shifts
