  • Job Purpose:

To drive business growth in the restaurant sector by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing operational and financial performance in alignment with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the food and beverage industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, suppliers, and potential investors.
  • Prepare and present feasibility studies and business plans for new projects or branch expansions.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships to achieve optimal business outcomes.
  • Oversee the implementation of expansion and development plans, ensuring operational and financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns that drive revenue and brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and provide regular performance and market analysis reports to management.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to improve customer experience and increase brand loyalty.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and networking functions to expand business connections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the restaurant or food & beverage sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make strategic business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office and business analytics t
  • Communication & planning with Culinary & FOH teams to plan or anticipate any events, collaborations, or new rollouts.
  • Works closely with Marketing Team to establish a robust strategy for promotions, collateral, and social media.
  • Proactive, innovative with in-depth Food & Beverage and market knowledge.
  • Actively enforces team motivation and team building. Performs appraisals and executes disciplinary actions if required. Assists in recruitment efforts.
