Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the food and beverage industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, suppliers, and potential investors.
- Prepare and present feasibility studies and business plans for new projects or branch expansions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Oversee the implementation of expansion and development plans, ensuring operational and financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns that drive revenue and brand visibility.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide regular performance and market analysis reports to management.
- Recommend innovative solutions to improve customer experience and increase brand loyalty.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and networking functions to expand business connections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the restaurant or food & beverage sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make strategic business recommendations.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and business analytics t
- Communication & planning with Culinary & FOH teams to plan or anticipate any events, collaborations, or new rollouts.
- Works closely with Marketing Team to establish a robust strategy for promotions, collateral, and social media.
- Proactive, innovative with in-depth Food & Beverage and market knowledge.
- Actively enforces team motivation and team building. Performs appraisals and executes disciplinary actions if required. Assists in recruitment efforts.
