Business Development/Sales Manager

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven (Female) Business Development/Sales Managers to join our UAE-based real estate team while operating remotely from Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting potential clients, managing leads, promoting real estate projects, and supporting end-to-end sales processes in coordination with the UAE office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, social media outreach, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Engage and qualify potential buyers and investors for UAE real estate projects.
  • Present property options, explain payment plans, and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or online meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual tours and property presentations with the UAE office.
  • Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit client documentation in coordination with the documentation and sales support teams.
  • Collaborate with the UAE-based sales, marketing, and admin teams to support deal closures.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI benchmarks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably targeting UAE or international markets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Experience with UAE real estate portals is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
