Business Development/Salesman (with Contracting experience)

Job Description

Aldalil General Contracting is looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s contracting and construction services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction and contracting market

Promote company services including general contracting, civil works, and related projects

Meet potential clients, consultants, and developers to present company capabilities

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business

Coordinate with technical and estimation teams for accurate project information

Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential projects

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, and sales activities

Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in UAE construction or contracting industry

Strong knowledge of UAE construction market and clients

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
