Business Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Director to join our executive team and help drive our strategic growth initiatives, maximize operational efficiency, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute strategic business initiatives to enhance the company’s market position and drive sustainable growth in Dubai and the wider UAE region.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth implementation of business objectives and compliance with local regulations.

- Develop and implement business development strategies, including identifying new market opportunities and expanding our product/service portfolio.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders in the UAE and GCC region.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine business strategies.

- Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business goals.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all areas of the business to stay ahead in a competitive marketplace.

- Ensure financial objectives are met, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing business performance.

Skills:

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of successfully managing business operations and driving profitability.

- In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry best practices, and competitive analysis.

- Ability to think strategically and translate business strategies into actionable plans.

- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

- Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE, or willing to relocate.
