Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Director with a strong Food & Beverage operations background to lead and expand our fast casual dining concept. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across multiple outlets. This role demands a strategic leader with proven expertise in scaling F&B businesses, operational excellence, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall business strategy and operations for the fast casual dining brand.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share while maintaining brand identity.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent service quality and operational standards.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for operations, customer service, and kitchen management.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, including outlet managers and support staff.
  • Monitor and analyze P&L, budgets, and KPIs to optimize financial performance.
  • Lead expansion strategies, including new outlet openings, site selection, and market development.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards across all outlets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive footfall and customer loyalty.
  • Establish vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring cost control and supply chain efficiency.
  • Introduce operational innovations to improve speed of service, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of F&B experience with at least 5 years in senior operations/leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in fast casual dining or quick service restaurant (QSR) concepts.
  • Strong expertise in operations management, multi-unit leadership, and financial acumen.
  • Experience in scaling dining concepts, launching new outlets, and managing high-volume operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of consumer trends and customer experience in the F&B sector.
  • Strong network in the F&B industry, with vendor and supplier management experience.
  • Results-driven with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with international F&B franchises or homegrown fast casual brands.
  • Knowledge of digital ordering platforms, delivery integrations, and loyalty programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
