Warehouse Supervsor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations within the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring the safe and efficient storage and distribution of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to meet project timelines.
• Manage and lead warehouse staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and operations to improve efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid forklift license and experience is a plus.
