Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse and store operations to ensure efficiency.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.

• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operational workflow.

• Resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.

• Prepare and submit regular inventory and performance reports.

Education and Experience:

• Diploma in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Preferred certifications: WMS or Supply Chain.
