Business Excellence - Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Excellence Strategy Associate to support strategic initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on MIS reporting, automation of business processes, and contributing to AI agent-driven transformation projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior strategy and digital teams to drive data-backed decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation.

DESCRIPTION

MIS Reporting & Insights:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business performance tracking. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of KPIs and strategic metrics to leadership.

AI Agent Projects:

Support the design, testing, and deployment of AI agents across functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Experience. Assist in use case documentation and performance tracking.

Automation & Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for automation using tools like Power Automate, Python, or RPA platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

Strategic Analysis:

Assist in analyzing business trends, competitor benchmarks, and internal performance data to support strategic decision-making.

Technology Enablement:

Work with IT and transformation teams to evaluate and implement digital tools that enhance reporting, forecasting, and operational visibility.

Documentation & SOPs:

Maintain documentation for automated processes, AI agent workflows, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and scalability.

Training & Adoption:

Support user onboarding for new tools and processes. Create training materials and conduct sessions to improve adoption and usage.

Compliance & Governance:

Ensure reporting and automation processes adhere to internal controls, data governance policies, and security standards.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Certifications data analytics, automation tools, or AI platforms are a plus.
• Up to 2-4 years of experience in financial systems, data analysis, or related support roles
• Exposure to financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, or month-end close
