Business Excellence Manager

We are seeking to appoint a Business Excellence/Service Enhancement Manager, who will be in charge of promoting quality, innovation, efficiency, and process improvement throughout the company. This role plays a critical part in shaping and implementing a comprehensive Quality and Service enhancement, fostering a culture of Quality, Continuous improvement, Innovation and ensuring operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.


The position also involves leading strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, optimize processes, and support business growth while maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.


Key Responsibilities- Service Enhancement & Process Optimization:

▪ Lead business process improvements, Lean process management, innovation, and best practice initiatives.

▪ Develop and implement strategies that integrate quality, process improvement, and efficiency into core business functions.

▪ Identify performance gaps and execute improvement plans using Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.

▪ Oversee activities to meet quality, Lean management, and quality standards, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and sustainable process enhancements.

▪ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement systems to track process efficiency and service outcomes.


Education/Qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree in any related business field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Black Belt would be added advantage.
  • GRI certified. ADCSO would be added advantage.
  • Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 and any other management system. Skills/ Competencies/ Experience
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in Quality or Sustainability Management at a management level, preferably in FM, Waste Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience with implementing and maintaining ISO standards.
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to build lasting relationships and influence both internally and externally.
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to turn raw data into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data from various sources to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement.
  • Able to lead, inspire, and motivate a team towards performance improvement
