We are seeking a ''Business Analytics Partner'' for our global business partner operates in pharmaceutical to support a strong datadriven decisionmaking culture and contribute to the development of commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities :

Support end to end sales incentive and performance analytics, including data preparation, basic modeling, tracking, and reporting.

Analyze pharmaceutical market data to generate insights on market size, market share, and competitive trends.

Assist in developing and maintaining forecasting models used in commercial planning.

Contribute to the modernization and optimization of reporting infrastructures (IQVIA, CRM—especially Salesforce) to improve efficiency and usability.

Monitor core commercial KPIs and support rootcause analysis when deviations occur.

Prioritize and respond to analysis requests from Sales, Marketing, Medical, and other crossfunctional teams.

Act as a supporting contact point for CRMrelated processes to help ensure data continuity and quality.

Prepare and update periodic dashboards and presentations for senior leadership on market performance and trends.

Provide analytical support for new product launches and ongoing portfolio performance tracking.

Participate in Business Intelligence (BI) projects, especially using Tableau, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and basic data modeling.
Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

2–3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with quantitative data.

Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Familiarity with IQVIA datasets (geographic and retail/hospital based) is a strong asset.

Proficiency in MS Office tools; handson experience with Tableau or BI projects is required.

Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python is an advantage but not required.

Strong problemsolving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
