Business Growth Associate (Trainee)

Location: Rawalpindi (Onsite)
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)

Role Overview

This opportunity is designed for individuals aiming to build a career in business development and revenue generation. The position focuses on engaging with potential buyers, maintaining communication pipelines, and supporting deal progression from initial contact to conversion.

The selected individual will contribute to outreach efforts, assist in commercial discussions, and ensure all interactions and progress are properly documented within internal systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential buyers through calls and digital communication channels
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to keep discussions active and progressing
• Support in presenting services and handling queries during early-stage conversations
• Assist senior team members in pricing discussions and basic deal structuring
• Arrange and manage meetings, demos, and proposal-related interactions
• Record all activities, discussions, and updates accurately in internal platforms
• Track assigned opportunities and ensure no delays in follow-ups or communication
• Share insights gathered from market interactions with the internal team
• Contribute towards achieving revenue targets and pipeline growth

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline
• Strong spoken communication with confidence in handling conversations
• Ability to manage objections and maintain control of discussions
• Organized approach to tracking activities and updating systems regularly
• Self-motivated, consistent, and adaptable in a performance-driven environment

Growth & Compensation Path

• Initial training compensation: PKR 35,000 per month
• Post-training package adjusted according to performance and market standards
• High probability of transitioning into a permanent role based on results
