About the Role

Raast Solutions is actively hiring Sales Account Executives for our growing international B2B division. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in communication, driven by targets, and capable of handling the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
• Handle warm leads and follow up with potential clients
• Deliver effective sales pitches tailored to client needs
• Convert leads into customers by successfully closing deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution after closing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Experience in cold calling / call center / BPO / sales is preferred
• Strong sales pitching and closing skills
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
