Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Retention Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, particularly in international markets such as the UAE. The ideal candidate will focus on customer satisfaction, reducing churn, and ensuring long-term client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify at-risk clients and take corrective actions to prevent churn
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients (calls/emails)
• Upsell and cross-sell services where applicable
• Maintain and update client data in CRM systems
• Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams
• Prepare retention reports and customer feedback analysis
• Ensure a high level of customer experience and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in customer retention, account management, or client servicing
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Requirements

• Experience handling international clients (UAE preferred)
• Background in logistics, SaaS, or fleet management industry
• Familiarity with customer success or retention strategies

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
