Salary

• First 3 Months (Probation): PKR 30,000
• After Probation: PKR 50,000 – 70,000
• Performance Bonuses: Additional monthly bonuses available.
• Work Duration: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (8 Hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and hardworking Customer Support & Software Demo Executive to join our team.

This role is primarily remote, but candidates must attend a weekly meeting at our office, so applicants should be based in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, or nearby areas.

The job involves client communication, giving software demos, and assisting clients in learning and using our software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Handle incoming client inquiries.
• Give software demonstrations to interested clients.
• Provide software training to clients when required.
• Do data entry when and if required
• Assist with online marketing tasks such as social media posting and emails.
• Maintain client records and daily activity reports in Excel or other tools.

This role typically requires 30–50 client calls per day.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in talking with clients on phone
• Ability to learn and understand software
• Basic knowledge of Excel or similar tools
• Graphic design skills will be an advantage

Requirements

• Minimum Matric qualification (Lower qualifications will be considered only if skills are proven)
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Must be comfortable making outbound calls
• 3–6 months calling experience will be considered an advantage, however not mandatory.
• Selected candidates must complete 1 week unpaid training to learn the software and job responsibilities
