Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Candidates with call centre sales experience will be strongly preferred, along with those having exposure to the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Present company services to potential clients
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and inquiries to close deals
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or call centre
  • Call centre (inbound/outbound sales) experience will be preferred
  • Logistics/freight forwarding experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
