Job Overview

We are hiring an in-house Growth Specialist to support business expansion and brand growth initiatives. The role focuses on new client pitches, internal media management, website growth, SEO, proposal development, and coordination with the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and participate in new client pitches, including research and presentation preparation
• Manage the company’s internal media accounts, including ideation, planning, and execution
• Drive company growth through website upgrades, optimization, and SEO initiatives
• Develop and manage proposals, including scope of work definition and pricing maturity
• Coordinate with the Business Development team to follow up on leads
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for leads and ongoing opportunities
• Track performance and contribute ideas to improve overall growth strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth, marketing, or business development support roles
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and website optimization
• Experience with proposal creation and scope of work development
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills
